Shredding Barriers employees have the same desires as others when it comes to employment. They WANT to work, they CAN work and they DESERVE to work. More than just a local shredding service provider, Shredding Barriers is changing the lives of our employees. Employment provides meaning, purpose and fulfillment to their days. It also allows for greater financial freedom and the ability to pursue personal interests. Having your own money in your pocket feels great! Shredding Barriers hopes to encourage other businesses to hire and support individuals living with developmental challenges.
